Very disrespectful place to the neighboring community. Holds outdoor concerts every year that are so loud it disturbs everyone's legal right to quiet enjoyment that lives in the surrounding apartment buildings. Well over the legal decibel limit for sound if the music can be heard over 150 feet away through 3 walls right in to my living room with the windows shut. Outstanding staff, food, services, social gatherings and location. My father moved in 2014 and I have been volunteering there since. They are consistent in their delivery of care to their residents. I highly recommend this retirement living facility.
The Mulberry is an exceptional place for seniors considering independent living options. The location is superb as everything is in walking distance, bank, medical/dental/pharmacy as well as grocery and liquor stores, fast food outlets, etc. The staff is very accommodating and really get to know the residents on an individual basis. From the wonderful, nutritious meals, the lovely rooms and facilities to the great entertainment, the Mulberry is second to none. I highly recommend it. Carla B.
