Still grieving the loss of our relative which was related to an incident in this home this year. Ensure you ask about staff training and check their history on risks/safety etc if considering placing your loved one there.
Hi everyone! I just want to leave here a few words in regards of this place, which is really unsafe, with really unprofessional management and staff, I been there and I been seriously shocked what I seen there.Please don't let anyone to go and stay there.
My wife became a resident at Mulberry Court in 2020. She had stage 6 dementia so was in need of careful attention which I am pleased and grateful to say she received. The staff gave my wife some quality of life and displayed great patience. Many Thanks.
Good care home
My mum went into this care home and I use the word “care” so very loosely to live out the final stages of a very fast brain cancer within two days I had a call from staff to say mum had a accident and the cleaner had found her on the floor of her bedroom she must have fallen from her bed, but all was ok and she just had a slight graze, I felt calm comforted by the call and the reassurance so I didn’t rush to the home I arrived as planned in the evening, what I walked in and saw when my mum who was seated in the communal loun... read more
