Our internet service was down; we tried the suggestions on the website with no success. At 2:30pm on a Friday I called support. Within the hour a field tech was at my house! Our line had been crushed inside the manhole outside our home. (Not the simple fix we had anticipated) . The field tech pulled a new line & had us up & running that evening! Excellent, prompt & courteous service!!!! Thank you!
