I wish more people understood that you can benefit from pelvic therapy BEFORE getting pregnant! I'm so grateful to have found Katie Usher at Kaizen Pelvic Wellness at this time in my life. I know that when I do choose to get pregnant, the process leading up to birth will be a thousand times smoother than it would have been if I had never found her. Katie is extremely skilled at what she does and I can't recommend her enough.

I have been so pleased with my experience! Nina has been fantastic! She is so professional, informative, and caring! I went in for a pre-labor evaluation and sciatic pain. Sciatic pain is gone and has been gone since my 2nd appointment…next onto labor (any day now) and then I plan to return after birth. Couldn’t be more grateful for them!
