TERRIBLE service from a VERY snotty rude Teller! I wanted to deposit under $1000 in cash, my ID DMV just sent me I didn't look at it and they resent me my just expired CADL vs. a new one, so she refused to take my deposit to our account! She said it was the new law! She ended up making an exception but told me in a snotty tone it was a one time exception as long as we were on the same page! I won't step foot in a Union Bank ever again! Nasty service. 😫😭😡💩
I have been a customer at the branch in Citrus Heights for over 40 years and have always found the employees to be very knowledgeable and helpful.
Wasn’t open when I need them to be , now I have to watch my kids get tortured

We have been with this bank and branch for years. Everyone has always been extremely nice and helpful. They recognize us when we come in and know our names. I am shocked at so many writing bad reviews. There had to be other reasons these people had a bad experience. The bank and all the employees are great.
