Terrible bank, the tellers keep trying to push products on you that you don't need, and their rates, and offers aren't that good. If you hate Wells Fargo, and Bank of America, then Union Bank is just doing a bad impression of them. Stick with a credit union if you have to
Worst bank, really just a bad Wells Fargo, and that is hard to do!
I love my local Union Bank in Dana Point, CA! They are always most helpful, and wait times are either non-existent or very short. They help me on everything I need. I saw some less favorable reviews and I just can't understand why these exist??? For me, this Union Bank branch rates supreme over all the other bank companies I've used in the past. B of A the worse, 2nd worse award goes to Wells Fargo, then Farmers and Merchants... None of these other three banks offers anything even close to what I've experienced at Union Bank... read more
Customer service at this location is so so. They have functions and roles compartmentalized. If you walk in for a basic function such as making a mortgage payment, the guy just inside the front door is not able to handle that function and directs the customer to wait for another employee to free up their time while he walks around and asks you if you would like water or coffee.
