Very nice bank with friendly and helpful staff.
I went to this branch of Union Bank in Rancho Mirage to cash a check as a non-customer. I had to stand in line even longer because this woman that appeared to be the branch manager upset one of the tellers so much that the teller started crying and ended up closing her window. I guess it was the branch manager that was talking to the teller and she came from behind the teller line. I couldn't believe the inappropriate way she was dressed.
