Absolutely unacceptable service. MUFG Bank is incredibly slow and completely unreliable when it comes to time-sensitive transactions. I requested to sell shares, and it took two full days to process. By the time they acted, the market had already moved—resulting in a financial loss that could have easily been avoided with competent service. In share trading, timing is everything. The most horrible business i have ever dealt with. Statements are impossible to translate. The app is terrible and the web portal is just as bad. when you call (if you don't just get hung up on) it takes an hour to get through and then you will be promptly transferred and put on hold once again..no wonder they mostly have corporate clients that force employees to use this service... if you have a choice RUN to another option. i only gave 1 star because 0 isn't an option...
