Utterly archaic processes - who sends cheques these days, when most banks are wholly digital ? Woeful lack of communication around the ALX - IFM shareholder offer. Avoid.

Richa Bhardwaj (financial adviser) provided very lousy customer service & delivery of super contribution financial advice. Very disappointing and will never have her services ever.

would give zero stars if possible. Forms difficult to comnplete as they ask questins you do not have the answers to and then decline to process them due to any error. Impossible to contact on phone.

Absolutely unacceptable service. MUFG Bank is incredibly slow and completely unreliable when it comes to time-sensitive transactions. I requested to sell shares, and it took two full days to process. By the time they acted, the market had already moved—resulting in a financial loss that could have easily been avoided with competent service. In share trading, timing is everything.
