We live and travel full time in our 2023 Ford Transit van. We were hearing a clunk from our suspension on a Friday afternoon and they were able to squeeze us in on very short notice. They fixed us up and we’re on our way with no more clunking. 10 out for 10.
Towed travel trailer into Florence with our diesel pickup, which began giving us starting problems. Gerred and Kyle at Muffler Works got us diagnosed and fixed within 24 hours, allowing us to enjoy the remainder of our stay in Florence and continue our trip. Even came out to our campsite and gave us a jump as the battery was worn down! Very helpful in understanding of situation, timely, and fair. Highly recommend.
Wow, these are some standup guys working here! I am traveling on an extended road trip and during my last oil change was given a quote for $6,000 in repairs that were needed to my 4Runner.
