Pure predators, plain and simple. Making money is their goal, and definitely not customer service. Here's my experience: The catalytic converter on my car was stolen, and these people were the closest at the time that I discovered it. They quoted me $2,200 to replace it, which is about right for a Toyota part. They didn't offer an aftermarket part but they did offer to skip the catalytic converter and just put in a pipe instead. I was having awful noises, they pinpointed it and replace my catalytic converter for a reasonable price. I was happy with the service! They got the job done before they even said it would be done! I had another issue with my car so I called John and came in and they looked under my car with no wait. Tightened up a screw for me. MY CAR SOUNDS BEAUTIFUL NOW! THANK YOU MUFFLER MASTERS! I took my 2019 Ram 1500 truck there and John was able to install an amazing new exhaust system for me right then and there. The price was very reasonable and the work was first class. I am extremely satisfied with the work done and the incredible new sound of my truck.
I have been using Muffler Masters since the 90s. This is by far the best muffler shop in town. They are honest and professional. I recently had the stock muffler swapped out on my 2014 Ram 1500 for a Flowmaster Super 10. I went there, they fit me right in, and once again did an awesome job. I left there a very satisfied with a great sounding truck. The muffler gives my HEMI a nice sound. I highly recommend Muffler Masters,. you won't be displeased.
