I had a catalytic converter changed on a 2011 Honda CRV at the Muffler Clinc on 3/1/23. When the car was taken for inspection the mechanic informed me that the rear catalytic converter had been cut out and there was a straight pipe welded in its place. I returned to the Muffler Clinic to discuss the problem. They denied the incident and said that they did not do it.
