Dr. Bernal is a thorough and caring professional. He provided a complete description of the plan for improving my health. The stretching was smooth and comfortable. I could feel a difference after the first visit. I am looking forward to moving forward with the treatment plan. Loved the stretches!
Dr. Bernal had been amazing to work with and is very caring. He listens to your needs and accommodates to your pain level. I’ve never been stretched deeply and I feel like it will benefit me for a long time. He also used cryotherapy which was great and the atmosphere is very calm. I would recommend to anyone dealing with any type of injury.
Before the stretch i felt like my shoulder blade would pinch a nerve in my spine. After the stretch i had a big smile on face as the relief was so great. I had hurt myself picking up heavy concrete after a demo for remodeling in 2020. Thank you Dr. Bernal for your professional services.
Yesterday I had a 7-minute session with Dr. Bernal, and wow,what a difference. We did an upper-body soft stretch, and I was so tense when I first laid on his table. By the time he finished, my whole body felt lighter. I even had a few gentle pops during the stretches, and it felt amazing. Such a quick session, but absolutely worth it. Highly recommend! 🙌🏾💆🏾♀️✨
