I had the pleasure of having my first visit to MueveFlex to see Dr. Bernal on 7/31/26. We met at the Marana Chamber of Commerce monthly mixer and I had to come and see what MueveFlex was all about. Dr. Bernal at MueveFlex did a great job helping me stretch. He took care of my shoulder and neck tension by gently stretching from the toes to the fingertips (literally). He gave me a heads up about what he was going to stretch before working on that section, and made sure I was relaxed throughout the entire process. At the end of the session, my neck and shoulders felt lighter. Dr. Bernal is a thorough and caring professional. He provided a complete description of the plan for improving my health. The stretching was smooth and comfortable. I could feel a difference after the first visit. I am looking forward to moving forward with the treatment plan. Loved the stretches!
