I had a great experience at MueveFlex with Dr. Bernal! I came in from Dallas, Texas looking for relief and wanting to try a more gentle approach to my pain. Dr. Bernal was amazing with my 12-year-old daughter after a softball injury left her with shoulder pain. He took the time to assess her discomfort and quickly identified what she needed. Dr. Bernal at MueveFlex did a great job helping me stretch. He took care of my shoulder and neck tension by gently stretching from the toes to the fingertips (literally). He gave me a heads up about what he was going to stretch before working on that section, and made sure I was relaxed throughout the entire process.
