Dr. Bernal is outstanding! I had a stress knot in my shoulder and I had trouble turning my head without pain. After a session of gentle manipulation and stretching I was able to turn my head without pain! No snap crackle or popping. It was good stretching and movement. I especially appreciate Dr. Bernal continued focus on my breathing throughout the treatment. Breathing helps!
