Their consistent quality, pricing,and knowledgeable sales staff is why I have shopped there for the past 25+ years and just bought a new recliner there in July 2026. You can still get a good deal from Muenchens, but I can say, unfortunately, we will not go back again. A lesson we learned from our latest experience is that if something is delivered, and it is not in 100% perfect condition, from now on, we will be refusing delivery. We did not do that when we had a sofa delivered from Muenchns that had some issues.
