You can still get a good deal from Muenchens, but I can say, unfortunately, we will not go back again. A lesson we learned from our latest experience is that if something is delivered, and it is not in 100% perfect condition, from now on, we will be refusing delivery. We did not do that when we had a sofa delivered from Muenchns that had some issues. Wonderful store with lots of variety. Ms. Marion helped my son and I around the store today. She was extremely sweet and knowledgeable on all of the pieces. She even gave really good suggestions on what would work best with my home. So many people become frustrated with kids, but she truly treated my son and I like we were family. The delivery team did an excellent job setting up our furniture—everything was handled with care, put together perfectly, and placed exactly where we wanted it. They were professional, efficient, and made the whole process easy and stress-free.
When Steve Snr. Owned it, we bought all our furniture there & we were always satisfied with our purchases. Now Steve Snr. Is no longer there, service & quality have gone downhill. We bought an electric powered leather couch & loveseat & within weeks, the loveseat quit working. Stopped by to tell them & were assured they would stop by & fix it. Nobody ever came. Since then, the leather on the seats have split open, showing the inside “stuffing”. Will never again purchase a thing from Muenchens!
Muenchen’s Furniture is the store we go to for furniture needs. From sales to delivery and pricing…. I think they’re the best in town. We are repeat customers.
