Very rude, was trying to make an appointment and was talked over and hung up on.
My appointment with Dr. Yang was simply wonderful! She was caring and thoughtful and an overall pleasure. She described her process, completed the exam professionally, but also delivered a "personable" patient-doctor experience, which I value so much and have often felt is lost in an eye exam. Thanks so much for great visit -- I look forward to a long term patient-doctor relationship!
