My child will be missing this field trip due to the wavier we were asked to sign. While I understand that no adult can assume full responsibility for a child this is beyond ridiculous! HAPPY READING
Today I got to chaperone a Muddy Sneakers field expedition. It started out as really nice day. The instructors are very engaged with teaching the children and they do it well. This would have been a 5 star review until in our last activity of the day our field leader decided to take a "calculated risk" (her words) and have the kids hike by themselves in solitude to do whatever it is they do in Japanese culture.
