Never a good time dealing with a case. Tim made sure I was protected against the state on my rights. Was able to complete probation with ease because of Tim! Highly recommended had him do a speeding ticket didn't have to go to court just paid fee and was dismissed.

Mr. Mudd used his extensive knowledge of MO statutes and court precedent combined with his familiarity with local court practices to successfully defend the libel suit against me. He convinced the claimant to sign an agreement he drafted to dismiss the suit against me, thus bringing timely closure and avoiding a long and expensive court proceeding and a potentially costly settlement.

Honestly this guy is terrible. Doe the minimum amount of work required, is a complete fool in the court room, and I honestly don't know how someone like this is allowed to represent people legally in the first place. You're better off with a public defender.
