Popped in to try to get some bits and pieces instead of buying online. Shouldn't have bothered. Didn't have a quick link in stock. Didn't have an inner tune with a long valve in stock. (Neither are niche products...) Unforgivably, tried to sell me an inner tube with too short a valve for the rim depth I told them I had. Belittled me at the same time. I would prefer to support somewhere that cares about their customers. Or buy online.

Much appreciated help and excellent customer service from Hugo and Sonny when I dropped in with an emergency mechanical problem. Despite the workshop not actually being open at the time, they were able to give me the assistance I needed to get me up and running and continue my journey safely. Top staff and a great bike shop.
