I did not have a great experience with the products. Mud was a huge part of our wedding registry in 2019, when we selected our items I was sure to ask the salesperson which glazes wear well. From the moment I used my dark grey pebble bowls, I immediately noticed scratches from the cutipol utensils I also purchased from mudd. I immediately contacted mud but the city shut down for covid and our dishes ended up in storage. The most fragile ceramic product I’ve ever owned. Good looking though.
There are no returns...just store credit! do not shop here...there are other places to buy Mudd! and if you send something back...they charge 25 dollars...plus 25 dollars to resend the correct item! definitely poor customer service! expected better!
