Not impressed. The person who answers the phone is very unpleasant to talk to. But most importantly, the phrase “over promise - under deliver” rings true. We met with Mike in February, where he explained that we would be able to file our taxes early to get our state refund back in order to pay for our federal— but didn’t get them prepared until April 8th. He also said the service would cost $250, but charged $350. Will not return.
I have been using them for over 10 years. Very knowledgeable on the current tax information.
Great Tax preparation, fast, good communication, return was in the bank within 2 weeks.
Absolutely Horrible. Zero communication from Mike. Left 3 voice mails and wrote 2 emails. NEVER called me back.
