I’ve been a client of Polly’s for 3+ years, and I am grateful to have found this gem of a practitioner. I believe she is an intuitive healer who’s wisdom shines through massage, and she has honed her innate genius with lots of practice, and of course, training. I've been getting massage therapy from Polly for several years. As an active (but aging) cyclist and skier I experienced lower back pain. A combination of massage and her recommendation to focus on core strength has enabled me to be mostly pain free. I recently broke my collarbone and had it surgically repaired. Although I recovered well from the surgery, I continued to have muscle stiffness and reduced mobility in the affected shoulder weeks afterward. Polly is an incredible massage therapist. I had a nagging pain in my left hip that no other massage therapist I'd been to over the past year was really able to give lasting relief. She was able to not only work out the knots that seemed to be causing the pain, but also gave me a number of good stretches to keep those muscles loose. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
