I am 75 years old woman and I’ve had Nail biting issues over 50 years. I am so frustrated with how they always look and do not feel beautiful. Nicol is amazing, highly educational and experienced. She sets her clients up for success and uses a variety of hypnosis techniques to help each and every person accomplish their goals. Bad habits broken near overnight! Would recommend Nicol to anyone who wants an effective change in their lives!
Nicol is excellent! She eliminated my cravings for rice and pop and helped changed my overall thinking. I only went to about 5 sessions but it really helped and she has kept in touch with me by text to weigh in every week which really helps to motivate me and keep me on track. She has a good sense of humor and straight forward communication. Be ready for the change! I have lost 31 lbs in about 6 months. And I plan to keep going. I’m about 10 lbs from my goal but I think I want to lose more than originally planned.
I didn’t think I could quit smoking. I had tried nicotine replacement, cold turkey, medication and was never successful. MTU Hypnosis provided me the tools to quit a 20+ year, pack a day habit in one session. I feel great, I sleep better, I’m less stressed and anxious. I can be around smokers without cravings. Before MTU hypnosis I had horrible depression and anxiety that caused insomnia, I was getting about 4 hours of sleep maximum.
