Not sure what their issue is. They have ads everywhere looking for drivers; but are denying people work without even talking to them or giving them an interview. With as long as these trucking applications are, and with the major shortage of drivers, these companies should be talking and interviewing everyone that applies. I have 10 years of commercial driving experience, no accidents or violations and Martin transport sends an email saying they are moving to the next candidate. This is an awesome place to work. Dispatch is wonderful and knowledgeable. No question goes unanswered and the pay is great. I literally feel like we are a team here.
