Unverschämtheit sondergleichen. Habe der Dame am Telefon mein Anliegen geschildert. Hält Rückfrage beim Anwalt, statt mich durchzustellen. Nach der Wartezeit bekomme ich gesagt, dass sie denn Fall nicht annehmen. Auf Nachfrage warum, kam eine sehr unfreundliche schnippische Antwort: "Das darf ich Ihnen nicht sagen. Suchen Sie sich eine andere Kanzlei".

So eine schlechte Kanzlei ! Da weiß die eine Hand nicht was die andere tut🤬 Obwohl ich das Mandat zurpck gezogen habe und auf wiederersrattung meiner Vorauszahlung bei einem anderen Anwalt bin, senden Sie mir immer noch Rechnung/ Mahnungen. Und heute das Inkasso 🤬

Nicht zu empfehlen! Überdurchschnittlicher Stundensatz, dafür schlecht erreichbar. Monatliche Vorschussrechnungen mit zweifelhaften Abrechnungen.

If I were you, I'd avoid MTR. Why? For example, they might attempt to divulge, misconstrue, exploit, or lie about confidential info from your consultation, as they did here. They might incorrectly record your info and concerns, as here. And then, they might fabricate tasks to bill without your initiation, direction, knowledge, or consent, as they did here.
