To bad they don't have half a star. Then that would be too much. They pre-qualified us, we purchased. Paid for appraisal, inspection. Got utilities in our name. Did everything they asked. They failed to meet the closing date and it was rescheduled . Was given notice to close & they failed to deliver as promised. Haven't heard from them since. Find someone else. These clowns are truly incompetent & very much unprofessional. I have spoke to other mortgage brokers about their actions, & they laughed at how they conduct business... read more
I have used MTR Funding many times with buyers that have credit scores as low as 580. Often, they couldn't qualify elsewhere, but MTR Funding could get them done!
