Sarah is absolutely awesome. I've been seeing her for about six months now. She's helped me to make big changes in nutrition and exercise that have been a big help.
I have worked with Joe Lyman for over 3 years and and I am happy with the proactive approach he and MTN HEALTH has to improving health avoiding the "desese diagnosis" later in life when the damage is already done. I am still 40 lbs done and working to improve my overall wellness.
My experience with Bryan has been amazing! He has helped me navigate the aging process. Bryan has helped me get my hormones balanced. I feel great! I don’t feel 61. Bryan is genuine and really cares that I am healthy and feel well. Bryan is very knowledgeable and stays current with the options available for wellness.
