I purchased an ankle holster that had to be specially ordered. When I brought it home, and tried it on I realized it was not long enough and I never used it. The store would not offer a refund or allow me to exchange it for a different item. Considering the price, I was disappointed by their unwillingness to work with me or provide a reasonable solution.
