I had scheduled a round trip to my doctor's appointment. I called the day of to confirm the round trip transportation. They picked me up at my house but my return trip home got canceled. If I could give negative stats I would. They continue to dispatch a company that dispatches out of Iraq. Yes Iraq. And they never pick me up but I get a receipt texted to me. So yes they fraudulently use my insurance info and get paid for leaving me hanging and missing my appointments.
