If I could give negative stats I would. They continue to dispatch a company that dispatches out of Iraq. Yes Iraq. And they never pick me up but I get a receipt texted to me. So yes they fraudulently use my insurance info and get paid for leaving me hanging and missing my appointments.

if I could give less than one star I would. My mom missed 2 Dr appointments because this people was always sent somewhere else to pick her up. Today we were supposed to be picked up at 5:30, it was 6:30 and noone showed up, I called to find out what was going on and no one helped me. I talked to 4 or 5 dispatchers and they just kept on transferring me to other people, it was 102 degrees outside and my mom on a wheelchair waiting. Always good to go into the oldest theater in these parts .. So historical and good acoustics.. There is a wall upstairs with all the history you need know about..
