I had scheduled a round trip to my doctor's appointment. I called the day of to confirm the round trip transportation. They picked me up at my house but my return trip home got canceled. When I called to inquire I was transferred from one person to another and told there was nothing they could do because they had no drivers available and didn't know why my return trip got canceled. If I could give negative stats I would. They continue to dispatch a company that dispatches out of Iraq. Yes Iraq. And they never pick me up but I get a receipt texted to me. So yes they fraudulently use my insurance info and get paid for leaving me hanging and missing my appointments.
if I could give less than one star I would. My mom missed 2 Dr appointments because this people was always sent somewhere else to pick her up. Today we were supposed to be picked up at 5:30, it was 6:30 and noone showed up, I called to find out what was going on and no one helped me. I talked to 4 or 5 dispatchers and they just kept on transferring me to other people, it was 102 degrees outside and my mom on a wheelchair waiting.
