The business seems to run like a slave camp. You work for MTI América, they never pay you!!! I have been demanding to be paid for my services for over 5 months, I’m still given the run around! They have poor record keeping and shortchange their workers.

I spoke with Jessica and she didn’t sound happy to be working there. She scheduled me for a CT scan without my authorization and almost an hour from where I live. I call to ask if they didn’t have a closer one and she didn’t even bother to look. She quickly answered “no we don’t!” Very rude lady!!!!

I currently work for MTI America in the diagnostic department and I am loving my role here. I am a part of an amazing team, everyone is always willing to help and encourage each other on a daily basis. I have learned so much already and I hope to continue growing with this outstanding organization!

Used this service once. They ended up outsourcing the ride to QTS and the day after the trip they called me multiple times with an automated message asking me to do a survey and left no option to opt out or ask to be placed on their do not call list. It’s bad enough to have a robot calling you during business hours already but to have one calling you multiple times and not even leaving you the option to decline taking their stupid survey is absurd.
