Absolutely the worst customer service. They schedule transportation pickup when it’s convenient for them and assume you’re suppose to be done with an appointment when they say so. All to tell you they don’t have a driver and you need to wait over a half hour. No one knows what they’re doing or has any consideration for other people’s time. Insurance companies who work with this company are just as bad for doing so. Hoping I don’t have to deal with them anymore.
The owner has a very bad attitude and I recommend to use another company. You have to know how to talk to people we doing you a service by booking you’ll sorry self.

Sad sad sad worked here long ago it had good moments but seeing them become a 2 star company is so sad if they would have appreciated the crew we had when i was there they would still be 2 stars
Horrible customer service, Maria is the worst of all. She speaks over you, put you on hold without saying anything and holds can be anytime between 5 min to 25 min., refuses connecting you with supervisor when you request one. In general, MTI America does NOT care about people because they service workers compensation injured workers, so who cares about them, right?. They hang up on you, they are the worst of the worst. They treat you like garbage.
