Ever since I have been dealing with MTI America it's been a problem with EVERYYYY single ride. They have trigger the worst anxiety in me. I have no idea why this hasn't been rectified. When I ask to speak to a supervisor they never come to the phone. I'm starting to think they are part of this constant non professional problem. Horrible customer service
MTI customer service rep Brianne was the only nicest personi I've spoken to, but ever since I've been using MTI America, it's been problem after problem. They never arrive on time, they get your pickup and drop off locations. Confused The customer service reps seem like they don't know if they're going left or right. These people delay and compromise your health by using stalling tactics. They don’t communicate effectively. My medical team has had voice mails left unreturned and I’ve had emails unaddressed. They are negligent and don’t follow through. I’m waiting for medical equipment that was approved over a week ago by workman’s comp. The equipment hasn’t even been ordered. My medical team has sent information duplicates and still no order. It’s criminal IMO.,
