These people delay and compromise your health by using stalling tactics. They don’t communicate effectively. My medical team has had voice mails left unreturned and I’ve had emails unaddressed. They are negligent and don’t follow through. I’m waiting for medical equipment that was approved over a week ago by workman’s comp. The equipment hasn’t even been ordered. My medical team has sent information duplicates and still no order. It’s criminal IMO.,

This company is ran like an complete joke. The insurance industry is already bad, being injured and waying through all the poor communication is beyond frustrating. Would not recommene to a single employer who cares about their employees health.
Patients wait over 2 hours to get rides to their homes that are less than three miles away. No one answers the phone. If we weren't forced to use this company by the insurance provider, we never would.
