This company is ran like an complete joke. The insurance industry is already bad, being injured and waying through all the poor communication is beyond frustrating. Would not recommene to a single employer who cares about their employees health.
Patients wait over 2 hours to get rides to their homes that are less than three miles away. No one answers the phone. If we weren't forced to use this company by the insurance provider, we never would.
Absolutely the worst customer service. They schedule transportation pickup when it’s convenient for them and assume you’re suppose to be done with an appointment when they say so. All to tell you they don’t have a driver and you need to wait over a half hour. No one knows what they’re doing or has any consideration for other people’s time. Insurance companies who work with this company are just as bad for doing so. Hoping I don’t have to deal with them anymore.
The owner has a very bad attitude and I recommend to use another company. You have to know how to talk to people we doing you a service by booking you’ll sorry self.
