I used Mercedes Mike to drive 8 of us to and from JFK in the 12 passenger Mercedes shuttle style sprinter that accommodated our group and all our luggage. Mike was the driver and was on time to pick us all up at different locations and drop us all off. Nicole, his assistant was extremely helpful in checking the flight times and making sure we would get there early enough. We were extremely happy with the service and the beautiful sprinter! Super happy with Mercedes Mike Car Service Took great care of our family on our way to and from the airport. Super accommodating and patient. This has to be probably my 10th trip or so within the last 2 years with Mercedes Mike. Words simply can’t express the level of professionalism, reliability, comfort and trust I have for them. Our flight coming home yesterday was delayed, eventually being delayed over 12 hours. We rebooked for the next day, I texted Mike immediately upon making the decision, he was already on top of it, gave him our flight info for today, which was delayed and he was texting me the updated times at the same time I was texting him after gettin... read more

Roberto was right on time, got them to their destination safely, and returned back for drop off promptly and safely as well. He was professional at all times and made great conversation with the clients in his vehicle. We have used this service before and have two more bookings as well. We highly recommend Mercedes Mike and his driver Roberto!
