We have been using Mercedes Mike for a few years now and have had excellent experiences every single time. They are always on time and the cars are super clean. I highly recommend Mercedes Mike for all your car service needs! Shout out to driver Dan! He was a value add for our ride to the airport. So personable & welcoming. We needed a ride to LGA from Nesconset so of course I reached out to the finest car service of all, Mercedes Mike. From dealing with Mike and Sharon with scheduling, they over communicated. Denali Dan showed up early to our house with a clean as a whistle GMC Denali XL. With our toddler in tow, they had the exact car seat already in the car we requested. we returned from our vacation and Dan, our driver, was waiting for us. he contacted me to let me know he was there and would pick us up after we passed thru immigration and customs and after we got our luggage. when i texted him that we were ready, Dan was already outside waiting for us! he communicated with me the entire time. he was most personable, very pleasant and an excellent driver! Mike and his crew are truly the best! We’ve been using them for a few years now, and every experience has been easy, seamless, and incredibly convenient. On our most recent trip, we even needed a last-minute ride, and Mike came through without hesitation. Adam, our driver, was right on time and couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating.
