We have been using Mercedes Mike for a few years now and have had excellent experiences every single time. They are always on time and the cars are super clean. we returned from our vacation and Dan, our driver, was waiting for us. he contacted me to let me know he was there and would pick us up after we passed thru immigration and customs and after we got our luggage. when i texted him that we were ready, Dan was already outside waiting for us! he communicated with me the entire time. he was most personable, very pleasant and an excellent driver! I used Mercedes Mike to drive 8 of us to and from JFK in the 12 passenger Mercedes shuttle style sprinter that accommodated our group and all our luggage. Mike was the driver and was on time to pick us all up at different locations and drop us all off. Nicole, his assistant was extremely helpful in checking the flight times and making sure we would get there early enough. We were extremely happy with the service and the beautiful sprinter!
