This credit union is the worst. I do not recommend. This bank is an embarrassment to even be open and taking your money. Watch out! Because the second you've given them your hard earned money, you may just never see it again. I tried closing my savings account 2 weeks ago and this piss poor establishment wont produce my money. RecommendedMichelle Forrest brought me from a previous credit union and has always treated me like one of the MTCU family and after a lot of years she passed me to Destri another great person that takes great care of my banking needs. All of the MTCU family treat me like I am the only customer they have to deal with. So if you are not using MTCU you are missing out on one of the best families in Texas
I went in to get change for a $20 and JUST BECAUSE I didn’t have an account with them, they REFUSED to give me change! Seriously?!?! That’s how you lose business and not gain!

Midland dr branch does not have a public restroom. Had to go by the branch after picking up my daughter from school and she had an emergency and they told me that she could not use their restroom. I was surprised that not even for a little girl they would be this way. How do these places not have a public restroom!?!
I am so glad there is now a branch on Big Spring!! It's not on the South Side around all the new development on Big Spring, but at least it is on my way to work or on my way home. I'm Happy! Always good service, and friendly employees.
