My husband and I have been a member of MTC for over 10yrs. We started a teen account when our son turned 14 and he currently has an adult account at the age of 21 with a good banking relationship as well. We love our branch and the friendly staff! They have always been helpful to our family and we highly recommend them!!
Don’t ever put an auto loan on auto draft. They continue to charge you after the loan is paid off. No one discloses that you have to sign an additional form after the loan payoff paperwork to prevent your external bank account from continuing to get drafted monthly for the auto loan that no longer exists. I asked three separate times if there was anything else I needed to know when completing my car sale that paid off my loan. Nobody knew anything about it every time I asked. Paid off my auto loan but they keep charging me every month.
Closed my acct due to inactivity even though it was NOT inactive, and stole 100% of my balance. Your money is not safe in here, they're thiefs, AVOID AT ALL COSTS
