They are always late and never on time, in there cabs it always says reliable and it’s 100% not, I’ve been waiting to be picked up for 2.5 hours and still haven’t showed up. Don’t trust this company

I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding the lack of service provided by MTM. On 12/14/2024 into 12/15/2024 , I contacted MTM to schedule a ride for my 10-year-old child, as part of the transportation services you are contracted to provide. To my dismay, the trip was denied without reasonable explanation.
