I ordered a "new" Kuat bike rack from this shop. It arrived scuffed up and parts of it looked used. I contacted *******, the owner, and he gave me options of contacting **** or offering me a discount. I took him up on the discount which was a nice offer and never heard back from him, this was a couple of months ago. I have even followed up with him. Not sure I believe this is actually a new bike rack so beware if you are buying from this place, you may get a product that is used.
