Quick and helpful. Great staff.
Though hard to find if you're not used to the financial district, I would highly recommend going here rather than other MTA service centers for your Omni card. The staff is friendly add efficient. No wait time
I have a reduced fare account for MTA for the last ten years. Two years back I switched to an OMNY account linked to my credit card. My credit card had to be replaced. I visited the Stone Street office to get an OMNY card. There were no lines. The service staff was very good. I was out of there with my new card in 15 minutes.
The lady with glasses and short curly hair was really nice. You can transfer your old metro card funds to the new OMNY card. Took like 5min. No wait time either. Lady at the front desk has a snarky attitude.
My mom took me to this place years ago this was because get a new temporarily MetroCard and that the people there were nice and helpful and gave me a temporary one. There were many people inside waiting on the line to ask them questions or other things.
