This review is for the Grand Central location by the 6 train entrance. Great experience. My wife and I are eligible for the senior citizen reduced fare program. The agent who helped us was very knowledgeable and professional. The process took less than five minutes and the reduced fare was available immediately.
Perfect!!! Friendly, helpful staff..I went at 1045, the place was almost empty and I was seen immediately. Here you get a lost omni card replaced, trade in the old metro card for the new omni, get a senior fare omni card or switch fare access from the card to the phone. There could be more services offered, this is what they were helping others with while I was there. Git there 15 minutes before closing. The mman that greeted me was vey helpful and pleasant. The woman who processed my form for reduce fare was fast and efficient. My experience was good. I will take my husband when he turns 65
