Great customer service. Customer service agent at the counter was helpful and explained everything completely.
If you’re coming here to change a Fair Fares metro card, spare yourself! I only came here because I was told to come here after spending beautiful phone time with useless 311 and the MTA/onny cs ph#. Got the opportunity to be serviced at entry by Miserable Myrtle, who by the way, if she hates her job so much (as evidenced by her delightful (sarcasm) customer service in a CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER for the transit authority agency), I’d happily do her job for her. Though hard to find if you're not used to the financial district, I would highly recommend going here rather than other MTA service centers for your Omni card. The staff is friendly and efficient. No wait time
