They come and pickup when ever they decide. Go to doctor office and being there 10 minutes driver demands that you leave. Then my elderly 83 year old mom in a wheelchair chair gets an abandon by them at a movie theaters and has to call around to different people with a car that can hold a wheel chair to get ride home.
