Customer service is poor and rates are ridiculously high
Helpful customer service, convenient online bill pay and a fast and reliable service crew, an asset for our rural community.
Terrible place to unload itility poles. It took almost 3 hours because they don't have the proper equipment.
Others have posted bad reviews. For me that was not the case. Recently purchased a home and needed to start service. Went into the office and was greeted by a polite employee who connected us with the person who sets up new accounts. We completed the application process and were explained how billing works. She set us up for paying on line and let us know what to do if there was an issue. The whole experience was pleasant and professional.
