Was recommended to go here after several horrible experiences elsewhere. From wrong script to bad service u name it I dealt with it all. I had an issue with mine insurance for the kids. Can’t play with the kids health. No other place could figure out what to do but tell me it’s my insurance I gotta fix it. Well this place done treated me like they know me forever w respect and like I was spending so hard cash. Terrible place
Horrible service.. my son has been waiting for his glasses for 8 weeks now and each time I call it’s a different excuse, oh the guy didn’t put it through or something about the insurance of which that was Allie by the way they had me on hold for more than 5 minutes and still couldn’t tell me what was going on, I ended up having to go there on to find out it was never done. DO NOT GO TO THAT PLACE!
