Didn’t expect much from this local Avenue shop in the hood. What started out as an emergency repair turned into a new client. Im about 20 min away from Mount Vernon so it’s my last place to do any business in. Not much reason for me to be here. An emergency driving thru destined me to land in this office. After waiting more than two months, I have finally received my prescription glasses. While I am relieved that the issue was eventually resolved, the delay and lack of communication throughout the process were still very frustrating. To their credit, the office offered me a complimentary pair of prescription glasses as compensation for the inconvenience. I appreciate the gesture and their effort to make things right. Was recommend here a while back by many members of Brazilian community. My mom always went here for years but I want to a big name store. Bring my girlfriend this time. Love the local feel that u get to know the staff and they take care you. Saved. Lot of money by switching here. Very friendly and I love the ophthalmologist. Speak Portuguese and Spanish
