Installing a Generac generator was a seamless process when we decided to use Mt Salem Electric. From the initial contact with Mike and then ongoing communication with Daniella it all went well! Daniella took care of permits, installation dates and working with the gas company. The install went on schedule without any problems. We highly recommend Mt Salem Electric. All staff were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Now when the power goes out, the Generac goes on. What a wonderful thing!!

Was assigned Mt Salem is based on them being a vendor participating in the Ford Power Promise complimentary EV charger installation, Ford's complimentary installation states that the electrician will come to my house and evaluate the space than do the install as a free service OR a paid service. These electricians couldn't be bothered to come and evaluate. The electrician asked me to send him pictures and videos of my space via email and said that I should install the charger outside. Chris and Gordon are wonderful. Great electricians and also very nice people. Loved them. Our dogs do also! Did a great job on all our upgrades!
