I wouldn’t recommend filing your taxes, I’ filed Feb 15 it’s now April and I still haven’t received my refund every time I look up the status it’s as if they didn’t even file my taxes at all. And no one ever answers. 0 stars if I could do it.
They do not answer emails, phone calls, or voice mails. Would give a lower rating if I could.
They are all super nice..... good service
