Terribly annoying people who do not know what they’re doing. Find somewhere else, even H&R Block would be better than this place. What a scam.
Terrible! After 20 plus years of having our taxes done here we will never go back! Tuesday my husband went to have taxes done. Was told we owed $0. Paperwork he brought home to sign showed us owing over $2600. All of my withheld taxes were put as zero causing this. Had I signed we would have owed $2600. I thought we aid to have this done so I didn’t have to- clearly wrong. I had to call and have it corrected. Given no apology or discount on services. I would NEVER Go back.
