I cannot begin to adequately express my appreciation of this camp and how impressed I am at all they offer girls. Their facilities have been recently updated and are clean and very well appointed. They offer a wide range of activities so that no matter who the girl is, there is something there that will interest her or will spark a new interest. I had a wonderful time at this camp. My counselors were always understanding and really nice. The activities do sometimes change week to week or get canceled in the rain, but are always fun. The food is delicious. I made so many friends. I grew closer with God. And i would definitely recommend.
We are indebted to a close family friend who highly recommended Mt. Gilead to us a year ago. This is a truly special place, a hidden gem in the Poconos, and our daughter thoroughly enjoyed her two-week long experience, which included archery, swimming, horseback riding, ceramics, a "Christmas in July" party and a long hike up to the top of Mt.
