Absolutely amazing staff and gorgeous facility. But incompetent management and the Opal way isn’t the way we should be looking after our elders which lack or respect and care …. Disgraceful.
With the new takeover of Opal you would assume that things would get better but they’re not. Residents are not eating their meals in fact opting for sandwiches with premium prices as the meals are worse in Frankston Hospital in the outpatient. You complain but nothing‘s been done about it.
