With the new takeover of Opal you would assume that things would get better but they’re not. Residents are not eating their meals in fact opting for sandwiches with premium prices as the meals are worse in Frankston Hospital in the outpatient. You complain but nothing‘s been done about it.

Our grandmother lived here. It was a stunning place with great facilities and activities for the residents. The nurses and staff were incredible throughout the duration of her stay. The nurses and carers made the transition period from moving out of her home into aged care easy and a personable experience for her which made her feel safe and special.
