The best banking in the world. I love the staff. Theyre always helpful. Most importantly theyre very visual of my money. No check gets cashed without confirming it with me. As a business owner that makes me feel good knowing my money is protected.
if i could give zero stars, i would. My experience with M&T Bank has been incredibly disappointing. The staff is consistently slow, unhelpful, and often comes across as rude. Every time I’ve needed assistance, it seems like no one knows how to resolve even basic issues, and instead of trying to help, I’m met with poor communication and a nasty attitude. Stopped in this branch to ask about opening a business account. Just wanted to get general information. Sat there for 30 minutes. Then was asked for my contact information because the person who does the business accounts was "too busy". Rather funny how I went to a different branch and was given the information within 5 minutes.
