NICE BANK GREAT STAFF ALWAYS NICE.
Be mindful of getting a loan through them. I really believe they discriminate against black people and when you apply for loan they don't give you all information upfront. Only after you get denied they have jump through hoops and barely have time for you to answer questions. Find a bank that cares. This branch is not the place
I am deeply disappointed with my experience at M&T Bank. I have been a loyal business customer since 2018, which made this situation especially troubling. As a businesswoman of color, I was met with unnecessary suspicion and subjected to questioning that felt excessive, invasive, and inconsistent with how other customers were treated. I had a bad experience with this branch. I went in at about 3pm today, and deposited money into the atm. It didn’t count my money, and sent it back out. I was going to retry it but the slot to put the cash in never opened back up, so instead I just cancelled the whole thing and asked for my card back. My card never came back out and after about 6 or 7 minutes the screen returned to the normal Home Screen, while 2 people at the atm next to me were able to get through their transactions quickly.
