if i could give zero stars, i would. My experience with M&T Bank has been incredibly disappointing. The staff is consistently slow, unhelpful, and often comes across as rude. Every time I’ve needed assistance, it seems like no one knows how to resolve even basic issues, and instead of trying to help, I’m met with poor communication and a nasty attitude. Stopped in this branch to ask about opening a business account. Just wanted to get general information. Sat there for 30 minutes. Then was asked for my contact information because the person who does the business accounts was "too busy". Rather funny how I went to a different branch and was given the information within 5 minutes.
NICE BANK GREAT STAFF ALWAYS NICE.
Be mindful of getting a loan through them. I really believe they discriminate against black people and when you apply for loan they don't give you all information upfront. Only after you get denied they have jump through hoops and barely have time for you to answer questions. Find a bank that cares. This branch is not the place
