I want to give a shout out to Lisa Valles at the Buckland rd branch. There has been some issues lately that needed special attention, and Lisa has been such a big help in every step of the way. Branch Manager extremely rude to customers and staff. It's not the staff it's the manager.
Trying to withdraw money from MY account through the drive thru. Bosian/ukanian female employee presented very unprofessional every time I go there. Learn some customer service and people skills before working with the public. This is why I transitioned to webster bank for their high professional and customer service.
Get your money out of M&T. They have no idea where your money is and will send you to the branch so they waste your time there.
