An absolutely terrible banking experience through and through. They have made it extremely challenging to close my account as I am trying to switch to a smaller bank that cares more about their customers. It feels like me and my money are being held hostage by this crappy bank.
The branch manager Lillian Ayala has to be one of the worst managers I have ever seen in my life she doesn’t care for clients at all and doesn’t seem to have the competence to be a branch manager at any bank whatsoever. M&t bank in general has been causing us severe problems for a while now but Lillian somehow managed to make everything worse.
