They didn't even say hello, was very rude, check was made out to them and they still charged me 9$ fee. Didn't ask me if I wanted an account, then had me stand there to verify the check as if it was stolen. I will never do business with them again. Teller did not even look me in my face
My 81 year old mother had a cd that was coming due so we went in the day before the due date. We were told we would have to come back on the day its due. It seems so inconvenient for no reason, almost like they want senior citizens to forget about cds that come due so they can keep the $$ at a lower rate. So disappointed!!
I scheduled appointment on line. Spent in the Southington branch 20 minutes before some one came and asked why I am there. The person I was supposed to have an appointment with did not even have a decency to apologise for being so late and takin another customer. Another bank employee came over and took care of business.
I had excellent customer service today. Thank you!
