Do yourself a favor and NEVER go to this bank. They got 1.8 stars at Manchester location and 2 stars at Nashua location which says it all. The bank manager at this branch Ivanna is very uncooperative and disrespectful and doesn't know clearly on how to do her job. She has no info on what documents need on account opening etc. She tells you one thing over the phone and when u go and prove your identity, she calls after and says there is one more ID that is needed. I considered them a real help for some important projects over the years, had two loans with them, each paid in full super early; just applied for a 3rd, got the door slammed in my face- rejected; was dealing with some job challenges, no consideration for me as a great customer,one of the worst phone calls in a long time; the loan was the beginning of a project to build specialized exercise equipment for the military, involving a patent application, wow what a disappointment!
