Closing my account, my wife’s account and the hoa I am treasurer for. They are excellent at being bad at their jobs here
Rude tellers, told me they didn't have the funds for their own cashier's check without even looking at it, very sassy gentleman! I do not bank here nor would I ever due to this. I considered opening an account but no thank you!
My dad went to this bank to get money out of his account and have some bank checks created. This isn't his usual branch and these guys were giving him a hard time including the manager. Evidently his signature didn't match and he couldn't verify his transactions which he wasn't able to do. He is 73 ffs and gets the bank to print him statements normally to understand his spending. I called yesterday (Friday) about coming in to notarize a document. I came in today, waited in line, only for the teller to tell me there's no notary today. No wonder this place has less than 3 stars.
Would give less than 1 star terrible service and attitude from management to tellers
