An absolutely terrible banking experience through and through. They have made it extremely challenging to close my account as I am trying to switch to a smaller bank that cares more about their customers. It feels like me and my money are being held hostage by this crappy bank.
I visited the M&T Bank branch located at 341 Broad Street, Manchester, CT, this afternoon with the intention of opening both a checking account and a savings account. Instead of being welcomed as a potential customer, I left feeling ignored, disrespected, and discriminated against. My friend and I are both women of color. Not enough tellers on the line long wait times with the exception of Shannon and Andrew I find Wollenberg needs to put a smile on her space I would rate the branch a 3 and I will be going to another branch
